REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE
SEPTEMBER WORKS CARRIED OUT:
● Slip, antifoul and full detail
● Full sanding of teak decks
○ Teak cleaned 6 times to restore flooring condition
○ Apply 3 coats off Semcoat
● Fibreglass repaired swim platform
○ Structural & cosmetic
○ Prime and undercoat
● Upholstery works;
○ Removed rear table & installed custom built storage box/daybed
○ Supplied and installed new cushions on rear daybed
○ Repairs to existing cushions on front daybed
○ New stainless steel for daybed
○ New full storm cover on rear cockpit
○ New cream vinyl side window panels to cover old tinted perspex
○ New mattresses in main bedrooms
○ New decorative pillows and throws
○ Steam cleaned existing cushions
● Installed new BBQ frame and sockets on rear swim platform
● New stainless steal socket for starlink
● Hydraulic works
○ Service hydraulic systems
○ Recondition and rebuild swim platform rams
● Mechanical works
○ Service both engines
○ Oil and fuel filters
○ Service generator
■ **please note that the engines are due for injectors and saltwater
service ––this is a major expense that will have to wait until we sell
more shares
● Electrical works
○ Rewired 70 lights and installed new warm white LED downlights
○ Supply and install 7 new underwater lights
○ Fixed broken switch control for lighting
○ Reinstalled LED lighting after carpet
○ Installed starlink
● Plumbing works
○ Installed new duel pressure water pump
○ Installed three new shower heads, mixers, and wall panels
○ Installed three new techma electric toilets and plumbing works
○ Removed old toilet system
○ New mixers in bathrooms
○ Installed new bathroom accessories in all three bathrooms
● Flooring
○ Raised floor 20ml for new vinyl floor installation
○ Installed new vinyl flooring
○ Sealed and siliconed entire boat floor and bathrooms
○ Installed new carpet in bedrooms
● Airconditioning
○ Flush and cleaned all aircon units
○ Pressure tested glycole system
○ Installed new ducting where necessary
○ Reset control units
Continued works once additional share is sold, after peak season:
● Paint repairs
● Injectors and sea water service
● Retrim cushions upstairs and downstairs
● Teak on rear swim platform
● New tender
