No, the membership allows you to use any of the vessels on our fleet! Some of the larger vessels do require an additional fee as their running costs are higher.

No, you are able to try any of our locations on offer, including Sydney Harbour, Pittwater, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Tangalooma, the Whitsundays, and our yearly Coastal Trips.

You can convert your days for a fee, or the, benefit of purchasing the pack in full is that you can convert your day trips for free.
You can have single overnights during weekdays and off-peak season weekends.
During our peak season in the summer, you must group two consecutive nights.

In Sydney and Gold Coast, day trips are 4 hours. In the Whitsundays, day trips are for 6 hours. You can request additional hours at the member rate of $800/hour.

Most of our vessel’s capacities are 12 in total during the day.
Our overnight capacity is 6 + crew. Depending on your vessel, this may include 1 to 2 crew quarters.

An overnight trip is 22 hours, from 12PM the first day to 10AM the following morning.

Yes you can, we include 6 hours of training per member. If you don’t have your boat license –we will connect you with a maritime school.
Then, once approved by management, you are able to drive the vessel supervised. We always keep our vessel managers onboard for your safety and the safety of the vessel. They can assist with troubleshooting, taking care of your guests, and setting up your water toys.

You can appoint an approved member skipper to drive on your behalf, there is an additional fee to be paid to the driver.

You are responsible for the vessel while it is in your care. The vessel needs to be returned the way you found it.

Your membership will last 12 months, if you run out of points –you can choose to top up.

Yes, catering options vary for each destination. We can also provide provisioning services for any drinks or additional food you’d like onboard.

Yes you can, we offer the possibility of rafting up the vessels.

Yes, we encourage you to take out clients, staff, and whoever you’d like to treat to a day out on the water.

Yes, the payments must be up to date with bookings paid in full prior to departure.

APA stands for ‘Advanced Provisioning Allowance.’ Each overnight and booking outside of Sydney Harbour and the Gold Coast requires a 30% APA payment. This payment will cover any fuel, additional staffing, catering/provisioning, berthing, and any other special requests.
This payment serves as a credit, when your booking is finished and the booking sheet has been approved by management, any remaining balance will be returned to you. If the balance has gone over, you will be invoiced for any additional money owed.
